Brunchin' at Ferra Hotel Boracay's Modern Asia by Chef Miner (Part 2)

Ferra Hotel Boracay Modern Asia by Chef Miner
As we arrived in Boracay Island and checked-in to our rooms (Part 1), Ferra Hotel's Modern Asia by Chef Miner has prepared our brunch before we go on an adventure around the island paradise.

The restaurant's interiors are well-lit and decorated. The air coming from the open side of the place and the blue wall on the other side just made me want to go out and take a dip on the beach. But of course not with an empty stomach. Several assorted light bulbs hanging from the ceiling add delight to the place most especially at night.

Honestly, I wasn't really expecting much for brunch but when the dishes arrived one at a time, I realized that this is how Chef Miner presents his great-tasting gourmet dishes.

The food at Modern Asia prepared by Chef Miner del Mundo is one of the reason why I invite everyone to stay at Ferra Hotel Boracay. Thanks also to the Manager, Mr. Dante Cruz and his staff for hosting us. Yours truly with fellow bloggers Jorry Palada of Flavours of Iloilo, Marcos Caratao Jr. of Detourista.com, Valerie Caulin of Valcaulin.com and Panay News' Society Section Editor Sir John Castigador (porfirioness.com) and Business columnist Raymart Escopel really had a great time in this food tasting session.
