Clarke Quay Singaporean Restaurant at The Shops @ Atria

I was given the chance to photograph some of Clarke Quay's newest offerings for Outdoormaster yesterday. Not only that, it was a taste test that I didn't expect. The beautiful panoramic shot of Singapore's Marina Bay highlights the Singaporean feel of the resto. Clarke Quay is a famous landmark in SG lined with different pubs, restaurants and bars.
According to Mr. Andrew Lee, the Singaporean owner, they are officially opening on the 13th this month. But they might have their soft opening anytime today.

Honestly, I don't have the names of the dishes yet but I will try my best to describe each one we had in the photos below.
Rice cooked with bits of coconut and pineapple topped with pork floss.

Crispy fish fillet with salted egg.

Lapu-lapu soup with seaweed and other ingredients.
Chili soup
 
Crunchy Squid with lemon-i sauce.
Stir-fry veggies
